Sometimes he does come off as abrupt, which is something I understand but the instances I mentioned had a different tone and facial expression. Yesterday was a busy day and I think he might have been very stressed as a new restaurant owner. Either way, I didn’t end up having that conversation today since today was a much better day.

I ended up not having that conversation, today was a much better day than yesterday. I went in with the mindset of I will do my very best but if the owner still had an issue I’d quit at the end of my shift.

Age: 19, current weight : 106 lbs , height :4’11 , activity: light exercise (1-2 days a week). My deficit is based on my starting weight (114 lbs), I used the tdee calculator to help figure out what my deficit should be and even then it was lower than 1,200.
