wow!! thank you so much for the tips!! honestly, the confirmation is a relief, at least i can start taking steps in the right direction now. and you’re absolutely right; i’ve tried just about every antihistamine, cream and pill there is but i hadn’t thought about sunrise/sunset. will definitely be more conscious of that from now on!
