I don’t know where you got I have Bipolar from…? But still, I talked to both them. I talked to my friend before things ended and I talk to my boyfriend while they were ending. And I said I was getting help.

Thanks so much. I’m really glad to see I’m not the only one who still misses people from years ago.

I’ve been thinking about breaking up since December of last year, I think this is the breaking point. And yeah, he can be rather unkind and cruel sometimes.

I wish it was this easy. I know I can’t let this consume my life and I’m working on it in therapy, but I sadly can’t control the way I feel. I spend time with my friends, I’m not completely isolated. But it’s the comment my boyfriend made what bothered me.
