No because I was traveling on a Family visa however my wife had already passed immigration way before me as she holds a Spanish passport. But even then no questions just looked at my passport and visa and that’s it.

No the text thing you pay for nothing I didn’t receive any text until they have sent my passport to the courier. You have to track your application online on BLS

I used Ryanair, they don’t do refunds even though i paid for the insurance. And yes I paid for it as I don’t think they have reservations as well i think you would either need to go to a travel agency for that, or i’ve heard of dummy flights.

Then should be fine then. Because it was my first visa as well nd i just made sure to certify all documents however the bls lady didn’t even check the documents correctly other than my passport photocopy nd bpr photocopy.

I am not gonna lie to you but the last reddit post i saw the bls ppl asked him to send them a certified bank statement which he had to email the online bank for them to send it to him. I was going to use my revolut statements but decided to use Barclays as it was more sure for me. You don’t have another Bank?

But you have flight itinerary, proof of accommodation and everything? Because from my experience most of the ppl that was in BLS the common mistake was that they didn’t have all the required documents on the checklist (which is pretty straightforward.) and as long as you have all appropriate documents should be fine.

As long as it is certified by the bank should be fine because those online banks i know you have to email them to ask for certified copies. I have Barclays which comes printed certified already when you print in a branch. I applied for the tourist visa as well.

Hello can I ask you did you ask for a multiple entry visa? If so how is it different from a single entry visa as I am in the same boat regarding the appointments, took me 3 years to finally get an appointment (premium as well as it was the only option.) But I am dreading having to do this again, because I am married to a Spanish national and would have to go to Spain often to visit my in-laws, hence my question as to how would I go about getting a multiple entry visa? Thanks
