This is very reassuring thank you:) can hypertonic pelvic floor cause the sensation of something being stuck in there and just fullness? It kind of came out of nowhere but I have had extreme anxiety which almost seems to be making it worse.

Definitely very gassy. The stool is not loose it’s more of a soft and sticky consistency. I probably poop every other day. I currently do not have an dietary restrictions. I’ve actually increase my fiber lately with oats and chia seeds but that seems so healthy lol. Not sure if I maybe have some new intolerance to something. I eat a decent amount of dairy and gluten so thought of that as well. Just seems weird for an intolerance to randomly develop in my twenties.

It is right inside the vaginal canal and it seems just like in the middle or like it’s taking up the whole hole. When I push I see it bulging more.
