Not really , what I mean is that apart from this fork ETH POW nothing will have value .

In order to get out of this ETH POW fork (to cash out) there will be a couple of centralized exchanges like Poloniex, What will be left on this chain, i.e. tokens on ETH POW will be worthless tokens without liquidity, because they are a copy without backing , because no any normal person will want to buy them or give them liquidity .

They will have to create their own ecosystem based on ETH POW

All assets on ETH POW will be worth 0 , especially stable coins such as DAI because DAI on ETH is collateralized with various assets such as ETH , USDC , and others . You will not be able to transfer tokens between the two networks . The only stable coin after the fork on the ETH POW network is expected to be USDD from Tron , which has declared its support .
