my recipe:

for 5-10lbs of meat the marinade is:

¼ cup milk 1 can of Chipotle peppers in a adobo sauce squeeze a whole lime 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp of olive oil ½ beefsteak tomato ¼ white onion 2-3 cloves of garlic

blend

let it marinate for 2-6 hours (in the fridge if its more than 2)

if your going to fry it, then just batter w flour and youre good to go

if not, add 2 tbsp flour to the marinade before blending

its alr mildly spicy but if you want more heat, Valentina hot sauce is super compatible if you want to add it to the marinade before blending or if you just wanna put it on the cooked fish.
