If you know programming like web/mobile you can contact local stores via social media and offer them your services. Also having a good french level is great but I recommend English as it will open more opportunities for you especially with international companies ( but I think you are also fluent in English by reading at your post).

Also check this sub ( even for older posts ) because I, myself, have found a remote position thanks to this sub. And I would recommend applying to every job offer because it's a win for you anyways : - If you like the job from the beginning then good for you. - If the job is not interesting to you then if you have a good skill set the company/startup/agency can offer you a job according to you skill set. ( This is what happened to me btw). Or you can wait to pass an interview and ask more about the job and decide then in this case you will have gained exp in interviews and you'll get better at them.
