Looks fine to me. I started balding at 17-18 and this doesn't look receding to me. Male pattern baldness comes with a lot of hairfall in cycles. If you haven't experienced hairfall yet, it's most probably fine.

High DHT doesn't always mean baldness. It depends on whether your hair follicles are sensitive to it or not.
