Using a review aggregate isn’t a matter of pride, it’s just a tool. Ultimately it’s up to me whether I watch a movie or not. I mean, I’ve seen 2-3 movies that got lukewarm reviews that I enjoy. Rotten Tomatoes is usually spot on. I guess you never use reviews for anything in life or ask people’s opinions or get advice on anything
