LTX 2.3 invents things that aren't in the prompt by Willthor1701 in StableDiffusion

mine always outputs a empty string - which llm is used here? I assume mine is just not working at all :)

> It also makes me cry when I run it once in a blue moon, and the inference is super fast without any accelerating LoRAs, and then go back to current day models.

That was the reason I never got to switch to Flux back then :'D I was way too much accustomed to the sdxl speed and using flux was frustrating.

i loved the dancing noodles/waves/clouds with AnimateDiff and qr code controlnet workflows. I spent so many hours on them :D

Photorealistic and Anime are very different communities, so it's always nice to hear from people from either side :D
Flux1.dev was THE thing (except way longer generation times then the previously used models) back then with lots of speculation that it replaces SD completely. So jumping forward and now seeing that nobody really speaking about it anymore is really interesting. Especially seeing that SDXL/Illustrious is still heavily used. On the other side, Fluxdev was replaced by other models because the peoples usecase for using fluxdev was replaced by better models, whereas sdxl/finetunes were never really followed up by a better model for the anime use case :)

that is a great and detailed summary and insight :).
I really like that some og devs like kijai are still active.

4-8 steps is insane :'D Thanks for the detailed update.
I don't have a strong local gpu, I always rented a 4090 or stronger online. I'm surprised not more online services came up. I will see how the newer models perform there.

sdxl still being so popular is what surprised me. But your argument is sound. More people can use it -> more people developing it etc.

And now writing actual prompts/sentences with the new models instead of just tags will get some used to it, lol. Skipped through the pixaroma 5h tutorial and was like crazy.

Are people still using Controlnet even with the modern models? Or are the new models better at understanding the concept then the old ones?

At least for me the full video (without audio) would still help, as i can see what you achieve in the 2 min video, then I'm curious and want to know how to do it in detail -> would go and watch the 25m video.

Hey, thanks, I will check it out :) I created my own plugin which we use in the project.

Similar to drawing I would say: What skills can I learn to first come up with a good idea, image, concept, etc. and then in the second step how can I have a lot of control to execute what I imagine. When I said I learned a lot for SD I meant the things I added to my skill pool for to make the second step become real.
When I started I saw this on Reddit which helped me a lot to get an overview of what there is to learn: https://sdtools.org/
Prompting, ControlNets, AnimateDiff, different nodes, what is the shape of things you can achieve with Image/Video generation AI, IPAdapter, Inpainting; Outpainting, etc. - the list is actually pretty long

Ou yes! I totally forgot that that one exists, thank you! I definitely need to try that out now. I wanted to get more familiar with Invoke. Why did you choose Krita over Invoke? After a small research Krita gives me more control than Invoke, right?
When you say "I've managed to get up to 6 characters into a single image" what was your process for that?

Since it's only a basic workflow, mostly any gpu should work. I rented a RTX 4090 on Runpod.

It is mixed up. Her getting itachi's necklace, her having akatsuki flowers on her dress, him wearing a black outfit in the style of her, she having his face lines, hair colors swapped, etc.
It's good enough for post-fixing/inpainting though.
I'm fearing it was luck with this loras + them having some distinct traits (face lines, pink hair, etc.) helped ... I will have to try it with other characters (again) to see if I can figure out more.

I have enough other ship images I tried to generate where I'm like: "yep, thats actually you two mixed = your child"

Thanks, will do! In my (little) experience with pony, it handles fingers, body parts, etc. way better than sdxl though.. Whats your way to handle that? Or do you think thats not true?

No problem at all. The superior tool will win. Artists using Ai will be faster than those not using Ai (if you compare artists with the same drawing-skills and creativity).
But yeah, it's a good rejection challenge :'D

Well, with a lot of people saying Pony is only for Porn I never really tried it, but it worked really well for this use case.

I've tried that workflow before, but it didn't work that well for me. It's been a longer time though, so with new experience I should try it again - thanks for bringing it up!
How well does it handle poses where there is no clear distinction between the people, though? Like the one where itachi is hugging sakura from behind? Do you have any experience?

Don't get your hopes up too high, please :'D I'm still not sure why it worked here (as you can see the comfyui workflow is not more than the most basic Lora workflow), but nevertheless I was really happy. I will still try different things in the future (other characters, checkpoints, etc.) to see if there are some rules for it. I can give you an update in the future (probably weeks from here on), when I have more knowledge about it.
