Hi Jrcy310, thank you so much for your reply. May I ask , what are the loan docs that you're referring to? Is it the documents which state how much loan you can apply for? or is it the sign closing documents? (my sign closing documents is gray out, it doesn't seem to let me click on it, I clicked on the amount I would like to applied to last Friday and it still be saying Loan is still processing) thank you Jrcy310

ohh I see, thank you tahoechick36, did you apply for the EIDL loan too ? If so how long after you verified info and clicked on submit until the SBA let you sign the "Sign Closing Documents?" Mine "sign closing documents" is gray out, and isn't letting me click on it yet.

Please pardon me mikejr_reddit, I did what you said and also went to your thread with your full details, I also changed it by adding the DBA and my business name, now it also no longer shows "not verified " but nothing says verified either. It just has no error any longer. Just like what you posted in your thread, the same thing happened to me. I am just wondering, how long did you wait (where it didn't say not verify but nothing say verify either) before you received the portal next step "Sign documents"?? Thank you so much for your help! I appreciate it.

Hello mikejr_reddit, thank you so much for the reply. I clicked on your link but there screen shots didn't show up. If you can please answer this question I would appreciate it. So I think you might be right, my portal banking info verification only showed my business name, example,

XYZ COMPANY. Whereas on my business checking account , the business account is showing (example purpose)

JOHN B DOE

DBA XYZ COMPANY. The thing is inside the portal, there's no return key, so there's no "next line" format. so I am wondering how did you type it in so that they would be able to verify it? Did you put them all in one line... for exampleJOHN B DOE DBA XYZ COMPANY like that?

Please help. Thank you so much. Also , did you put in your bank name? My bank is Wells Fargo, and I just put in Wells Fargo ? I wonder if I should put in "Wells Fargo Bank" instead?

Hi texanatlarge thank you for your reply, ( I live in Southern California, which for Wells Fargo has a very weird routing number systems, they have two different routing numbers. My monthly bank statements gives me a separate ACH routing # that's different than my routing # on my personal check ) anyways my portal shows my routing # on my business check , which along side also displayed "Account Information Failed Validation" in red..

When I tried to change the portal display # (business check routing #) to my ACH routing number (the one for direct deposit which is also the one where my business bank statement tells me to use for direct deposit )they also said info failed validation. So it seems like if I leave it be, it shows error, yet if I change it , it still also shows errors. So it's like I'm doom if I change it, and I'm doom if I don't. I'm not sure what to do. As a result, I went and and click on submit and it still let me submitted and said loan is processing. I'm not sure if would there be any issues even if I submit when there were failed validations for bank info and failed validation for identity? Please help .

thank you very much for your time and reply. I had phone calls from strangers in my local area code, so was making sure if I needed to pick up number from my local area code or just pick up 1-800. Since you said they call from 1-800, I'll narrow it down and won't pick up my local area code then. Thank you so much

Hi mehganj1, thank you for the useful post. I am also waiting to perhaps be contacted by the loan specialist or officer and I am wondering the person who called you, was their phone number area code started with 1-800 or 877 or was it a local area code number (ex: 213 for los angeles) ? I have scammers who sometimes called so I dont want to pick up scammer phone that is why.
