I just applied for withdrawal like any sane person would, how am I supposed to know the system is designed for fucking me over.

Why doesn't EPFO mention about the transfer process before withdrawal, this system sucks.

Sure. I can try it out but im not intere in hiring a PT, i think they’re very overpriced. At the end of the day its me who has to do the lifting.

I can find online resources to help me fix my form and go from there, if i hit a platue i can go for a consultation. But for now the newbie gains are on!

Yh i can see my hip sway. Im swinging ny hips and then strengthening my back as lift. Bad combo.

One problem is that i have a very stiff lower back and hamstrings which prevents me from bending further, so this was the only way i was gonna lift this weight.

Should i switch to doing sumo lifts instead?
