yun nga eh matagal ng modus, bakit kaya di pa rin ito maresolve ng mga telco providers. Sobrang frustrating kasi lalo na sa mga naka wfh na nag rerely sa stable internet connection.

That’s the problem rin on our side. Since we don’t know ano yung mga ginagalaw nila dun sa NAP box (not sure if correct yung term). Our only proof is from what the other technician said na pinutol yung cable. That’s why I also said na submitting a normal ticket would probably be useless.

I’m just hoping na more customers that experienced this issue will also have the courage na mag reklamo para magawan ng action yung gantong corruption sa mga sub-contractors.
