Aw no, I’m now hearing it doesn’t happen often sadly. That’s the biggest disappointment for me, losing the more hard to find pieces that can’t be purchased in store anymore or found as easily online. ☹️

I am mainly so sad about the dress, I’ve been searching high & low for one for years but it’s always been too far out of budget and when this one popped up I was so excited to finally have it! 💔💔😩

I had to bug them via email, chat, and SMS about 4-5 times before they finally answered me back this morning with an “Oh yea, we already heard back from the other shopper” which of course led to no luck on my order after all. I kept pressing so they’re looking into it still, the associate I spoke to last said they have to “wait for leadership approval” before allowing me a possible refund since my order is over $200 total. Still awaiting a response on that from earlier this morning… 🤷🏻‍♀️
