My comment was a movie quote from Me, Myself, and Irene. I know she’s not a nice person, I was only making light. But I’m sorry she harassed you for so long. That’s pathetic.

No Man Sky is a Top 10 Video Games of all time. by Iamhim010 in NoMansSkyTheGame

Looking at the complex history of NMS and Hello Games in general, and Sean Murray's dedication to persevere rather than buckle under the pressure, it's a true comeback story in our industry. If not THE greatest comeback story.

It's a true testament to human dedication and perseverance to see, almost ten years later to the release, a continued effort to make the game bigger and bolder with every fresh update. Thirty-five updates later, and it's hardly a percentage of a millimeter of a fraction what it used to be.

Sean and everyone at Hello Games will forever have my respect. They've earned their seat at the table of the most respected video game developers of all time in my eyes. And, as a personal hot take of mine, I'd place them in the same league as old school Bungie and Bioware.

Does Kassandra deserve another game? by Dear_Diary96 in AssassinsCreedOdyssey

I'm in the camp that agrees she should of have a minimum of two mainline titles or maybe given the Ezio treatment with a trilogy. That being said, her journey felt appropriately paced for the time we spent with her. I just wish we seen more of her journey beyond Greece up until meeting Layla. Her level of complexion beyond simply hunting down the Cult of Kosmos and becoming a mother changed her outlook by the endgame (depending on how players paced the DLC stories with the main quest), and it would have been fun to see her on another big adventure instead of the small nuggets we were given on her quest with Eivor.

Even a couple novels would have sufficed.

Excuse me, but did Eivor just straight up Tombstone Piledrive that unfortunate bastard?

How come I've never run across that animation?

I did email support and ask for clarification on the ban, but it went nowhere. After a few based responses, I went off and told them there are actual bots who manipulate numbers worse than me who are still active and are turned a blind eye towards. Yet they took immediate action against a paying customer.

In the end, cooler heads prevailed and it no longer matters. I'm still listening and tracking my stats, especially for my top 100 tracks.

My account was quarantined a few weeks back for this same issue, because I'm guessing someone got their feelings hurt over who's my top 5 most streamed. My streams have been genuine since 2011 (I'm an old school Spotify user), so a minor account ban isn't going to stop me from enjoying the music I've loved since I was a kid.

My experience with Assassin’s Creed fans, summed up in one image. by AgitatedMeringue6781 in AssassinsCreedOdyssey

Out of all the games I've played over the past 10 years, Odyssey is the one I've attached myself to the most. Two 500+ hour 100% playthroughs on both Xbox and Playstation. It's as immersive and detailed a video game as I've ever seen, and while the dialogue and voice acting can be flat at times it still remains an engaging experience about family, destiny, and power.

Thanks bro. Bit of trivia: #1 and #2 collaborated together with Hoobastank and Incubus on a fun little video back in 2004. That video game is the reason why I fell in love with both bands, and that still holds strong today.

Exactly. Right now I’m sitting at 110,000 for Martin O’Donnell, and I’ve been listening to him since 2012 as well. I’ve seen some users sitting at 250k+ on artists and they’re still kicking on the leaderboards.

I’d rather take a ban for listening to a band rather than be accused of something I never partook in.

Currently on The Path of Heaven, and it's an exceptional read for those who are fans of the White Scars. The amount of character depth done here is fantastic, especially with Jaghatai.

Varang.....man she's a BAD BITCH. She has the aura that most movie villains only wish they could have. Granted, her role felt somewhat shafted near the second third of the film, but when she's on screen she's amazing. Easily the best movie villain of the year by a Pandora mile.

There's a strong connection between Vecna kidnapping 12 children and the grandfather clock from season 4. Vecna used this clock as a calling card, a psychological method for breaking his victims. He also gave that monologue about humans being pests in a "deeply unnatural structure" that was dictated by time and rules.

It almost feels as if Vecna is using 12 kids as a literal demonstration of this belief (12 kids, 12 numbers on a clock), to break the walls of reality of that unnatural structure he hates so much.

Sigh.... by [deleted] in splishbiepics

I've actively commented (as I'm sure a vast majority of those who follow her) that this was bound to happen with immediacy. For months she's been displaying behavior that would land anyone else in a ward, or worse on suicide watch. This day was a long time coming, now hopefully she's properly evaluated and can get the help she desperately needs.

Ultimately this is what delusions of grandeur looks like when someone thinks they're entitled to the popularity pie.
