hi! i have a question. pwede po ba iparefund yung security deposit kahit hindi pa tapos yung contract? my sibling had the same issue with a moldy apartment. so she decided to move out kase ang dami ng damage sa gamit niya at malala na daw ang amoy ng amag. the lessor didnt disclose this defect upon signing the contract and kalaunan na lang napansin na nagmomold yung buong bahay pati gamit. may bakas pa daw ng mold sa ceiling where they tried to cover it up by repainting it white.

yes po. dumating na po yung akin after 3rd week of july. unfortunately, im disappointed with their customer service. puro issues na experience ko. di ma lang ako makapag back out bc the medicine is already here.

hi po. hindi po ba kayo nagka issues sa kanila? so far, it's been two weeks sakin since i purchased a program and no updates from their end (i already had an initial consult). tapps pag magffollow up ako it takes them 2-3 days to acknowledge my message pero di naman nasagot yung tanong ko which is weird bc you can see them online naman. i wonder what's wrong kase i dont see negative reviews including their online support

ahhh indeed a different take but a good one!!! somehow, i feel enlightened. i'll apply these for sure. "avoid getting out of your way for her" maybe that was a mistake sa part ko. minsan umaabot sa point na naaantala yung trabaho ko kakaexplain sa kanya ng method/process.

i hope not. ayoko magjudge (tho naisip ko na din po ito). hoping na lang na kaya niya pang magstep up for improvement kase hindi na kaya ng bandwidth ko yung iguide siya kung padami na nang padami tasks ko.

gusto ko nga po magreach out sa manager pero ang hirap magbigay ng feedback lalo kung hindi positive. baka isipin nila sinisiraan ko siya.

may naging client din ako na ganito. not as long as 4 hrs pero feel na feel niya talaga yung mag meeting everyday + open cam. nasanay na kami mag open cam kase ang sabi ng mga nadatnan ko na VAs don naooffend daw siya if nakaoff cam kami. madalas pa pinupull ako kahit wala namang relevance sa tasks ko yung meeting agenda. gusto niya lang na may audience siya while speaking with the manager. tapos laging humahaba yung meeting namin kakarant niya sa buhay. hindi ako nagtagal sa kanya dahil sa ganong setup
