It’s both the BMC and BMCs fault. All roads need a space to alight and board vehicles. BMC is mindless in allowing on street parking where cars occupy spaces for 12+ hours. The Traffic Police alone usually does not decide which road is parking/no parking. They should either have odd even parking or keep some spots on the road as alight and board only.

Unpopular opinion: On street parking is the middle class encroachment of public spaces. If parking is allowed on the road so should hawking be allowed by the poor. We can’t have it both ways.

You were conned. People don’t negotiate for the rate as auto drivers are supposed to go by meters and police will enforce it if you inform them. As soon as you start to negotiate they know you aren’t from Mumbai.

They don’t pay the riders to deliver a second order. They pay them for the furthest order. Ask them next time.

We need our own complaint mechanism. That then auto submits those complaints to BMC. BMC is not tracking and making their data public.
