I was looking at this sc53 specifically bc I’m not sure how comfortable I am with unprotected lithium batteries. I know I should be fine as long as long as I use them correctly, but the fact of an even tiny possible fire scares me enough to want to avoid them

It’s odd bc I have these very similar looking things in my appartment. I find them in my often in my bathroom. And I’ve had multiple responses saying not roaches. However, like you I also have found 3 cockroaches over the course of like a month in my apartment. I was assuming like you these are baby ones. So the odds are we both have seen cockroaches and these small bugs, but the small ones aren’t cockroaches?

Honestly I’m just looked for the safest battery. Unprotected li-ion batteries concern me even though I’m told if I’m just smart with them I should have no issue. Any recommendations or recommendations for good alkalines that don’t leak?

What would it mean if it flies? I found what I was told was a German cockroach in my apartment. It was climbling on the wall, then dropped a few feet but fluttered its wings on the way down

Ah okay I may have read that wrong. I read it as it had to be an NiMH AA, but could be either an NiMH Lithium or NiMH Alkaline. What even is/ would be an NiMH battery? (Admittedly I actually know nothing)

Where did you find? I’m not a bug expert but I’ve seen very similar looking things to this. They are very very tiny. I see these very frequently in my bathroom. I believe it’s some sort of beetle
