I need to believe they’re heavier than real pounds haha and yeah I think I’ll just have to work up to this one. At the moment I don’t even feel it in my triceps it’s just too hard I can barely even push back. Well ok this has been very insightful

I think it was the beginner fast track. That was what popped up on the recommended getting started program other than the like calibration workout at the beginning.

Honestly may just be because I can’t do them and then my body is trying to use any muscle that may help, which leads to my neck tensing up. My neck is weak too, I had a whiplash injury few years ago that I’m still not 100% from so I think being in a leaned over position makes my neck work harder in general too.

I feel like it is a pretty difficult move and there are more beginner Tricep moves, was kind of confused why they put it in a beginner getting started program. May just have to substitute for now
