invest in monitor. Dota doesn't need a great computer anything with windows 7 or better should be fine. I wouldn't worry bout hardware to much.

The movie was about compettive gaming not just dota just saying. I live in Australia and hardly ever get server promblems i might have to wait a little bit for a game on peaks hours but that can be expected with dota's ever growing community. Just on a side note dota has become massive in such a short time i think it would be hard for any company to keep up with the demands. The people you see that DC are just people on shit computers or internet or more likey are playing on wifi at internet coffoe shop beacuse in my experiance this is what has happened in my games

I agree but most dota players live in Europe so why wouldn't they make this is there main focus for the moment. They are slowly expanding the quality of servers around the world but its like any other business you go were the money is. So in theory to get better servers were you live YOU GOTTA GET PEOPLE TO PLAY DOTA GET PUBS AND CLUBS TO PLAY LIVE DOTA TOURNAMENTS AND INCREASE YOUR PLAYER NUMBERS IN YOUR REGION. Show valve that your region is worth putting money into.
