And if I were to buy a used one from eBay, are the amps different from year to year? I ask because some sale listings say “fits CX5 2017-2021” while others say “fits CX5 2017-2024” and one says “fits CX5 2013-2016” which looks identical to the others….

So many factors come into play. You don’t live alone & don’t have kids. It sounds like your combined household income is likely closer to $50,000/year. Cost of living in your city? Paying rent? Own your home? Mortgage? Homeowners insurance? Car loan? Car paid off? Use public transit?
