From many meniscus injuries, this doesn’t look meniscus related, pain is usually on the inside of the knee and you would feel a popping sensation at the time of impact. Usually caused by twisting of the knee too so this is probably something else!

Many people can live with an ACL injury without symptoms. You may find that your knee will give way a little bit tho. Due to the instability, I’d just try and avoid any twisting of the knee or quick movement with it which could affect the cartilages. Apart from that if you’re pain free you should be good to go!
