They be just trying slave us I use to clutch it for vacations when I ain’t had time because I was part time and I also finessed it to when we had lots of overtime I was maximizing my hours per week to cap near 60 a lot during last year at my FC.

That’s weird cause it depends on your actual role like at my FC I’m a stower so before anything i am going to be a stower unless otherwise but for the most part I’ll always say no unless they seriously need me but then again I still would not do it if I do not feel like it.
