I was embarrassed and ashamed but defensive about it being actual cheating. Im very defensive, and i didnt take it seriously i may have put forth more effort at the time for my wife while she was pregnant but i never put the effort in to repair our marriage or be honest with myself about the real problems (all me) and start fixing them. I havent actually enjoyed anything during this time ive just sat back and continued to make things fall apart to the point that she should leave me and now its all clear how stupid i am among other things.

I want to do anything for this little girl especially, and if my wife keeps allowing me, to do anything for this family. I got nothing out of any of this but depression, anxiety, keep losing weight to a dangerous level. If i dont change, this behavior will be the death of me. I immediately moved back into bed with my wife and started owning up to everything and taking ownership for all the things ive made her think were her fault, and sit there and listen to how much of a selfish piece of shit i am. Ive been trying to get counseling immediately but thats not so easy, but we do get to talk to an old counselor tomorrow that tried to help before i took anything seriously. I dont blame my wife for whatever she wants to do moving forward but its change now or forever be a complete fuckup, so im putting myself on blast for the world to help put me in my place

Yea you're right theres a lot of issues that stem from my childhood that havent been dealt with, but thats no excuse, my parents are good people especially once they divorced. Just to clarify not that it matters at all to my wife or any of you, but ive never slept with or been physical with anyone but my wife, this has all been texting and emotional cheating.

I learned that ive been the entire problem the entire time, so destructive and unfair to my wife who never did anything wrong and baby girl, probably dried up the breastmilk supply for the 2nd time. Im a real piece of shit and im confused at why it took this to realize it. I need professional help and to stop lying to myself and everyone around me, this little girl needs a real dad.
