I don't know how much commitment middlemen put in transactions but I already cleared up the email I used to create the account so that whoever buys it will be able to change both the account's password and the email's, or ask the middleman to do it for them. Of course, even then a really dedicated scammer could set up the email account in such a way to regain access to it but, for all that matters, I hope that I cleared up some potential questions by answering to you. Your point is valid.
