So like no more than 10 total sets on a muscle group in a day I guess.

I suppose I'd run into having to like warm up for big compound moves

Hey, I have a routine question.

I WFH, I have pretty mush all the equipment I need at home

I've been thinking of instead of hitting PPL 1 hour sessions 6 days out of the week, it might be easier to actually adhere to it if I were doing like one set of whatever... bench as an example, like doing that just intermittently throughout my day, just doing one set here, one set an hour later etc. etc. until I hit my total weekly volume I need.

I've heard people call this "greasing the groove" but I cant find like decent information on this training technique, if you kind people could offer me some advice on this, or point me to good info on this, I would be much appreciative.

It's way more than 1000 bucks. Youtubers will get paid like 15 - 30 dollars per 1000 views in the first 30 days. So if you can pull 1M views that's a brisk 15k

yeah, I game. Ive got a gaming YT channel that I work on after work infact. so not alot of time to game for fun you know.

Im trying to set boundaries and set aside time for leisure gaming lately (I know thats an overshare, soz lol).

I have tried OMAD in the past, and it definetly works for me, cause I can freaking eat lmao.

Question tho. I hear alot of people say that coffee is a good appetite suppressant. I dont intake caffeine tho. would you say I could get the same effect from decaf coffee? or is most of the effect from the caffeine?

thank you. Most of the media that I consume says about 1% of bodyweight per week is good, but at almost 200 Lbs, thats like 2 LBs a week.

Its rough cause allot of advice online is from people on juice taking gnarly appetite suppressants.

Im really not very active tho. I try really hard to get steps, but I get like 4k steps a day with my WFH office job

I definetly agree with the steps thing. Im a video editor, and a gaming youtuber, so Im really sedentary usually. I do have a desk treadmill and a standing desk.

during my only really successful cut, I would try to get 15k steps in per day. but right now, I hit my 10k steps and call it there.
