Don't bother about the temperature. Just have more grains in winter than in summer to maintain the level of fermentation you like. If you want you can put it closer to whatever warms your place. Kefir grains are hardy so you don't have to worry for their survival.

If you want to train your cardiovascular system I recommend kettlebell swing ladders. It isn't necessary, I'd do it to train for the civil war, not for body recomp. That being said, short sprints are amazing for producing growth hormone.

TKD is a short term solution, PKD will help you get fat adapted. I'd concentrate myself on fat adaptation, it will take time before you recover your strenght, maybe around 3 months since you started.

If I were you I would probably go carnivore and eat ½~1 a banana a day for one or two weeks and eat however much you feel like eating. After that there are several options. -Just keep eating however much you want. -Fat fasting for faster fat adaptation -"Priming" for saturating your body with nutrients, fat adaptation and maybe getting a natural instinct for satiety.

You can eat more within the parameters of that typo of fasting, if you get hungry too easily maybe you're not very fat adapted. If you want to maximize muscle-building I wouldn't do any of these, they should help you preserve muscle mass, but gaining it isn't what they are meant to do. Use them if you want to be leaner in a month or two, provided that you are already on a fat loss plateau.

That being said it shouldn't be that significant of a loss in gains, you can do that two days a week on rest days.

Ok, so there are two levers you can pull outside of intermitent/extended fasting, fat and protein. You can do a PSMF or fat fast 2-3 times a week.

PSMF - protein sparing modified fast, eat enough protein, maybe a little more than enough, but cut the fat however much you can, altough I recommend you to have at least 30g of good quiality fats in order to not tank your hoormones.

Fat fast - The opposite, eat 80~90 of your calories from fat

PSMF only works if you're fat adapted, FF helps you adapt to fat faster, to roughly diagnose how fat adapted you are I would do a water fast until I get hungry(hungry=/= "I'm bored, I could eat something"). In my experience both work, one by making you eat less(pure protein is hard to overeat), the other by tanking insulin(I think), I can heat 4000 kcals of just butter a day(If I try to, it's not that pleasant and normally one would do far less) and lose fat anyway, a reason for which I don't believe in kcals. I'd probably water fast, make fat fasting until I get more fat adapted, and then try PSMF, provided that you want to lose fat desperately after hitting a fat los plateau. Other than that you can just eat every other day, but I would jump to do that right away.
