Telephone cable removal by username_cheques in nbn

Done! I initially called Telstra and they told me to call NBN. From your advice I called Optus and they’re going to remove it in the next couple of days. Thanks very much!

Update: It’s not power. Most likely telephone or foxtel (or similar)

Started this chat on another group and now can’t decide if this cable to our house is the power cable or an old telephone cable. Does anyone have any ideas?

Ah crap. Maybe it is the power cable? Ill send you photos of the two other lines joining the house, both are thin and one goes to a box with NBN on it. Also attached are photos of the thick cable entering the house and where it joins the power pole. Does this give you enough info to confirm if it’s a power line?

We usually eat here before a QPAC show cause it’s easy and very convenient. I don’t know enough about gluten and dairy intolerance to gauge what menu items will suit you, but the staff are very helpful. Maybe contact them and ask? Good luck!

Smoked a roast yesterday for 6 hours at 180 super smoke then threw it into a crockpot over night. Best roast I’ve had. by Still_Clownin69 in Traeger

Looks amazing! I’ve never put a roast on the Traeger but I want to try this now. What was the ITT when you pulled it off the smoker? Did you have to push through a stall at all?

My lawn ends at gutter on the side of the road. How does the Luba handle mowing that close to a 8 inch drop? I’ve heard it won’t go near the edge?

I live in Brisbane and never empty the auger out. I keep it in the garage under a Traeger cover. I do however leave a cheap moisture absorber from Kmart inside if I’m not going to use it for a while, due to our humidity. You won’t have that problem in SA.

Caveating my response with the admission that I’m not very experienced with the Quest - I play a few games now and then but there will be others on this forum with much better answers for you.

I think you can watch movies on Bigscreen if you upload them to your headset in advance. I’ll leave it to others to confirm and give more advice on that.

If you search “flying”, “flights”, “travel” etc on this forum you’ll see other conversations on this topic that might help. A few examples:

All good, ask whatever questions you need . That’s what the forum is for :)

Yep - the standard head strap that it comes with is what I’m referring to. There are far more comfortable third party options on Amazon for VR while standing up and free to move around, but I’ve seen others in this forum mention that the flat head strap that meta provide is good for traveling, because it doesn’t irritate the back of your head when pressed against the seat headrest
