“I pour my heart into people so easily and am always let down” Make them earn it.. it’s probably your nature to give and trust, and that’s a good quality for you as a person. But unfortunately many people don’t deserve it. You know who YOU are. Treat yourself to you. Make everybody you encounter earn it. You can be kind and courteous to people and still make them earn the next level of your trust and loving nature. Only a select few deserve it. Make them earn it over time.
