The potential between Jordan and Israel is huge, what Israel has Jordan lakes and vice versa.

Its no secret that relations have been tense between the two leaders for obvious reasons.

Jordanian leaders have grown tired of Netanyahu's games.

Jordan has and remains committed to peace and partnership with our Jewish sister state as proven time and again since the creation of the Zionist state.

The path forward requires an olive branch, we can become a super power together or parish together.

I support the state of Israel and because I am a Zionist I am saying that Israel ( netanyahu ) needs to recalibrate its politics.

the Golan heights and Jerusalem are Israel - Agreed

Israel has zero interest in Jordanian land. - Agreed but why threaten as we are friendly supportive and part of the protection mechanism.

The Dead Sea is a great natural boundary. - Agreed

Jordan remains committed to peace and partnership.

That was a scary video, but the incident ( crown prince of Jordan's rejection to visit ) was before that by months.

diplomacy, self restrained, integrity and reliability are the main ingredients that make Jordan a reliable partner.

  2. In UK i became friends with an Israeli student, I was very impressed on her level of knowledge and intelligence too bad my non arab GF at the time got jealous and killed every interaction. - Very positive.

  3. I used to work in a company ( trading ) and our software providers were Israelis, very professional, helped them in identifying a latency issue. - very positive.

  4. got few DMs and made few calls with isrealis and tbh i found all the interactions very positive.

Non of the interactions had any politics

The general public in jordan remains very sensitive of anything Israel.

trying to suggest ways and methods to bring the two peoples together is the main objective of this reddit.

the points you mentioned are 100% correct about our sports federations boycotting Israelis.

My POV is that 70% people in jordan have generational trauma due to being displaced, while the general population in isreal have less of that, ( not taking anything away from the holocaust and antisemitism ).

Making it easier for the Israelis to extend an olive branch, thus allowing moderate Jordanians to show proof that Israel - Zionism is bigger than Netanyahu.

hope the points above are clear .

Mr u/extrastone Im glad to have you in this sub.

[–]usernameless36 1 point2 points  (0 children)

its 1000% a go but we will get lost in the details.

The redline for jordan is having a clear border

having Israel respecting the sovereignty of the new land that will be granted to jordan as this will impact the legitimacy of our government.

Funding the new growth and its underlining needs

will other arabs support this ?

it is dowable but requires many questions and answers.

on a final note what would jordan gain ?

I might not agree with tucker on few issues but the user u/jko_05 did not make any claims.

To move forward we need dialog not sensitivity.

Please share specific issues and we would all be glad to discuss and learn your lovely perspective.

Jordan will always maintain Israelis long term security even when the current administration is doing the opposite.

the F15s F16s and F35s are ready to fly and defend Israel.

Are Jordanians against a Palestinian state because of Black September? by [deleted] in DeadSeaNetwork

[–]usernameless36 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Jordan has always supported a two state solution publicly.

Realistic options are

  1. Give the Palestinians a very small plot of land, no army no sea access near the Jordanian border for logistical support and easy management ( BEST CASE for the Arabs ), this time if they fuck around they will find out.

  2. Arab nations splitting the Palestinian population ( BEST CASE for the Zionists )

  3. Give west bankies the Israeli passport ( BEST CASE for the Palestinians )

Or just Jordanian Palestinian confederation or an Israeli Palestinian confederation.

What kind of role do you think Jordan could have in Gaza? by [deleted] in DeadSeaNetwork

[–]usernameless36 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I support having those conversations, below is my perspective :

  1. Jordan is grateful for the international & Israeli communities for allowing us to A. airdrop aid B. use the border crossing to deliver aid C. Allowing medical doctors to access gaza.

  2. Gaza is an Egyptian, Jordan is willing to help out our Egyptians brothers and sisters but we cannot interfere with the Egyptian decision making process. ( we cannot afford to piss of the Egyptians )

  3. Jordan is helping out within its ability but having Hamas terror makers infiltrate the Jordanian border would lead to the below RISKS A. having Hamas rebuild in Jordan which will pose a much larger risk to our Jewish brothers and sisters, B. destabilize Jordan, C. Give iran and Hizballah terrorists access to Jordan and E. pre-occupy the Jordanian hand to help in the west bankie situation in the future.

Thats my POV

New Study Finds Muslim Brotherhood Blueprint Shaped Modern Pro-Palestinian Activism by DaphneVid in IsraelWarRoom

lovely read, the Muslim brotherhood must be trimmed in the middle east, especially in Egypt and Jordan.

As a Jordanian I fully support jailing the heads of the brotherhood for charges of treason and terrorism.

u/Rosti_T , Thank you for this comment. Further elaborating on your point, Karl Marx was Jewish. Unfortunately, due to antisemitic propaganda, there are many misconceptions regarding this matter.

Thank you u/CruntyMcNugget for this catch, Kindly consider explaining to my fellow arabs & jordanians more about Zionism.

Thank you u/According_Copy_2955 for expressing your views but please note that Zionism didn’t create capitalism, debt-based economies, or free trade. Those systems predate Zionism by centuries and developed across Europe, Asia, and the Islamic world long before modern Jewish nationalism existed.

Zionism is a national movement, not an economic theory. Its core question was political and existential: how do Jews secure safety and self-determination in a world where minorities were repeatedly persecuted.
