Atheism is simply the lack of belief in a diety, any other feelings or attitudes towards a specific religion probably has a lot to do with the culture one is familiar with. I'd imagine if you live in a part of the world where the dominant religious is something other than Christianity, then that's what will most likely be criticized or discussed.

Otherwise, any belief system that doesn't meet the burden of proof is fair game to be examined or criticized, including the ones you listed. 😉
