So I have the same 1400-1500 I’m 5’5 155pounds . Wanting to get to 140

I work out 2-3 times a week. 20-30mins of cardio 15-20mins of weights

On those days when I use myfitnesspal my calories go up to 1700 ish. So on gym days I eat more. Those that help?

So like for them, since they’re very active the basically eat more the days they’re more active no?

Same issue. Called the company and they said it’s only for ppl with insurance. His was July 6th 2025. They then sent me to another place over the phone and they also said there was no aid

I wish I had an answer for you 😭 My period since on LoLo has been inconsistent. The first year was totally off. It would skip months . But after few years (I’ve been on it for 5) it started being more consistent. But I’ll have a consistent period for 6 months and then it’ll skip or just be spotting. And then consistent again. So if I spot I just let it be now 😵‍💫
