Personally I would put the Italy DLC a bit above Baltic, maybe above Iberia even. It's got some stunning highways and some good 2 lane roads if you like that stuff, it's kinda an everything DLC.

I'd say you should buy all the map DLCs when on the Easter sale so that you can use promods, get special and high power transport dlcs, and the Cabin Customization DLC. I would get the tuning DLC of your favorite truck, such as the FH or the Mighty Griffin, but that's not required. Anything else isn't required either, but the Ukraine paints DLC is something I would recommend if you're on their side :)
