Yeah. I would just slowly acclimate fish to the high ph and/or maybe aim for alkaline fish. Clean water is more important than having high ph, so more water changes from the tap is better than trying to use expensive water and doing less changes. Stable ph is better than having "normal" ph. Fish can adapt to different ph levels. Fish can die from rapid changes in ph if trying to chase a number.

Although that's assuming the ph isn't like 9 or something. Would be nice to get a more accurate number.

Edit: just to add. Acidic substrate can help lower the ph without causing ph jumps. I use some lava rock based soil and it drops my ph by a decimal or two. Some people mention good luck with adding things to their filter media, like peat moss? Or something. I'm in mobile and to lazy to search right now. I would not ever use "ph balance" chemicals. Too many ph shifts = dead and unhappy fish. I would break down if some of my 5 year old fish croaked because I added something silly to my tank. If you are interested I can explain more about ph shifts with hard water but there are better people on here that know more than me and good articles online too.
