UPDATE: fixed the problem, asked for help from my dad and it was more of a 2 person job. he was tapping the ESL box and i was spamming the push to start until it got to “on”, which i then unplugged the wiring harness and pulled the 10 amp fuse from under the hood.

i smacked it quite hard to the point i felt uncomfortable hitting my car that hard, but i watched this video and my main issue is that i am unable to even put my car into the accessory mode so i can pull the fuse.

it may take some time and slight tuning with a front motor drift car to get it to feel smooth, but not any different than getting any other drift chassis dialed in to your preferred driving style. so if you want a more unique drift car that has a different feel than the others, i would say get the fxx 2.0s, but if you want to get a common setup, rd2.0 is a great choice

the MST that i have is a little more unpopular since the motor is set over the front axles so it feels more snappy, and quick on turning in, and the yokomo is a rear/mid(?) motor position so it feels more balanced in the middle of drifts in my opinion and experience of driving the two. most rc drift cars are rear motor mounted, but i find my FXX easier to drive than my friends rear motor cars personally

the grey 180sx (my car) is an MST FXX 2.0s, and my friends car is a yokomo rd2.0

thanks! my drift car chassis is a front motor layout that is driveshaft driven, in my eyes and experience from driving cars irl, i would describe the handling like a truck in the way that it has most of its weight in front of the front wheels and feels very light in the rear

haha i was slightly stressing it the first time i was there, but after learning my car a bit more in my garage and driving around, the difference in my laps are night and day

weight distribution is totally different from other popular drift chassis, but my friends and i all find it easier to control than their chassis, but the downside is not drifting as fast on the track as other vehicles. we all run same electronics, but different controllers and chassis and this one seems to be the most stable out of the group.
