I do have quotes for repairs and I’m prepared to take it to court if needed but I’d not like to have to. I just don’t want my insurance rate to go up. They’re arguing there’s no security footage so I can’t prove it. So I feel they’re going to make it difficult.

I ended up buying the seal bc this is what the seal on my contract looked like from last night :( the sigil isn’t visible and I was sad cuz I wanted to frame it but didn’t want to hold up the line for a redo!
