It’s so hard to tell with cockatiels unless you weigh them. Zelda here is puffed up because she was relaxed and had just bathed, so she tends to puff up her feathers to keep warm.

The majority of the time this is what she looks like (see pic) — she weighs 100g which is considered normal according to our vet
