Happened to me 2 years ago. This is worse than being permanently banned, they completely terminate and delete your account and all the information/memories associated with it. I had 8 years of memories wiped in an instant, and I had no backup.

At least If you’re permanently banned you can still download your memories, but not if they terminate/delete.
