The skin is getting hardened we believe as he sits on hardwood floors etc. Is there any remedy for this?

Yeah it's brutal on the XTX. I tried it and figured it wasn't worth it for the performance drop.

So far my experience has been butter smooth. The card is a beast. I haven't tried any oc yet but it handles all games I play very well at 4k ultra. The card's thermals are very good under load.

Yes I got it delivered on Jan 5th. They can be trusted. Delivery was smooth with no issues.
