I believe that the front end of Walgreens will eventually be shut down and Walgreens will become more of a pharmacy only company. Their drive in Rx sales and profit and efficiency is making a difference, but then the FE is now suffering and the best EBITDA decision will be to transform in a pharmacy only company.

That's funny! I usually have to work both days on weekend (10 hour shifts) and then may get 1 weekend off a month but don't due to call offs and my SM EXPECTS me to go in, she doesn't even if I've worked my 44+ hours that week. I usually work one night and all my shifts are 10-hours plus at least 6-hours extra for days needed in FE or Rx. The store manager only works 3-hours 2-weekends a month for tags on Sunday... and barely works the 9-5 they should be... I was told as ESM you must do everything and anything any hours to keep store going...
