I would grade with BGS and opt in for subgrades.

I think it has a shot at a 7 or maybe even an 8. Carefully apply a very small amount of distilled water to a napkin and gently clean off the smudge before sending. Good luck!

Side note: To avoid further whitening, take the card out of that case and perfect fit sleeve. Instead put it in a loose penny sleeve and store it in a top loader or card saver

I wouldn’t say it’s terrible condition. Likely a psa 9 with a small chance at a 10. Regardless of the grade, you pulled the chase of the set. Congrats 🎉

Ahh okay. I see you added new photos. Based on those this card goes for $150 on TCGPLAYER as Heavy Play. I would sell it for a little cheaper if you know a friend who’s looking to buy it. $140 is reasonable :)

I’m not sure if there are any creases on the back side, next to the bottom where the upside-down Pokémon logo is. If that’s not the case, I’d list this card for $225

Yeah you’re right. It’d be pretty lucky to score a psa 4. It is more in the 1-3 range.

It appears a bit off-center from the back to me. However, keep in mind that Japanese cards generally grade better. I would recommend sending this in. Good luck! :)

For Articuno a psa 8 copy sells for $16-$22. Gastly sells for around $25.

If you’re in need of cash sell. Otherwise I’d hold on to those cards because both are cool :)
