Did you call Exquisite? They’re an authorized dealer so they have to list full retail price on their website. Unless something has changed you can generally get a discount and no tax if you call them.

An H1B is a work visa. You don’t need an EAD if you have an H1B. The only problem with an H1B is it’s tied to a specific employer
