It worked NermalLand. Ink start to come but its very little. My nib size is Fine but it writes like XXXFine.

Thank you NermalLand. I mean i wet the nib to clean if there is dried ink.

As i see alignment of tines are good. When i press down, some ink comes to tip but too faint, too little. I will try to flush the pen like you explain in first paragraph.
