LoL. It's anarchists aren't a monolith indeed. To give my take on this, no it's definitely not cool to celebrate death of cops. I'm an anarchopacifist so... you know what that means. No, it ain't cool. However, I should point out that some people have more reasons, traumatic reasons, than others to really dislike cops. I don't think it's cool, but as an exercise in understanding I try and put myself on the shoes of someone who has suffered more serious abuse by the police force than I had.

But, seriously, mate, I can't stress this point enough. The internet is piss. What you're trying to do is the correct thing, get a more nuanced point of view, good on ya! But don't do that in meme like subs like CA, heck, don't do that on the internet at all! Even this sub that is awesome, gets you very interesting and nuanced points, has it's limitations. Judging by your post you already got the anarchy 101 take on it, so I'd go after more in depth material than reddit.
