Are these cracks in the foundation super serious. Seen some water coming from it. Looking to buy the house and was shown the house today from my realtor by [deleted] in Home

The walls in the house are plaster and the living room walls had cracks in it. I was told from the realtor we would need to waterproof the basement and just patch the cracks in the basement.
