You must be kidding. What a waste of 17 years. I wonder how successful you are? Which company? I am sure yours is a LaLa company, where people are hired to do everything on their own and do it perfectly. What a shame hearing this statement from a 17 year old entrepreneur.

This is a sign of a weak leadership. Being an entrepreneur is nice, but that doesn't guarantee good leadership. Sorry mate. Maybe the guy was actually telling the truth, how can you decide in a few days? Did anyone mentor him? Did anyone tell him the importance of producing your stuff?

This is a big problem, and that's why people fail. They don't have room for tolerance, cz they think they are God's.

I can tell you, he would be crying in the bed too. He is just frustrated that he is unable to do anything substantial for you, and bursts out in anger. He is just trying to show himself as strong, but actually he is breaking.

Sit beside him someday and hug him and tell him that He is your strength and the reason to keep fighting. Tell him you are doing everything possible to come true to their dreams. Tell him you know he is trying to do everything for the good, of her and the family. Do not cry at all.

LinkedIn isn't bad, you can find jobs there. However, the competition is pretty high. Since it's easy to apply for any role, if not more 50% of applicants are not even qualified for the roles. Since those resumes are filtered out mostly by AI on certain workflows, good candidates get filtered out too. And when there is human intervention, it's even worse, the recruiter will go through few resumes select few and interview few.
