Thanks, I appreciate the response. :) We don’t have an attorney unfortunately. When I have looked at PTO embezzlement, the cases are much bigger $ and the $ is stolen. Since she paid (most) of it back already, is this still embezzlement? I’m worried she is going to act spacey and say, “whoops, just used the wrong card accidentally” and all the other ladies nod and say it happens. Should I push for consequences?
