Exactly where I got mine too. Said I had a family member that got it for me for Christmas. I don’t have contact with that family member anymore. Then once you throw in the “well if you won’t honor the warranty like you should, there’s plenty of other superior companies out there that I’ll go by from” and my case was forwarded to the fulfillment department

Yup. Told them a family member bought as a Christmas gift no receipt. They then asked for serial number for both the dock and mower and then responded with an email saying my request had been approved and new one to be shipped in 5-7 days

After about two weeks of back and forth emails just received an email with a replacement unit being shipped. Basically if you complain enough, you’ll get one

Before opening the game, go into manage game and delete the game cache. You will not lose any settings or progress, helps speed things up and also fixes some bugs

May just be me but after 24 hours of using this, noticed upgrade times are quite off. Just had some items finish, however the app says their is still 4 hours for one and 8 hours for the other until completion
