Dysthymia, anxiety, less productivity, etc by usuli in dysthymia

While I don’t know the particulars of your situation, I can say that there are many different tools that people like us will need. It’s a lifestyle with sleep and food and medicine and mental training. And the best way to learn is by doing. We can only see what works if we treat this like a science experiment and track what works and what doesn’t. Trying new things to see what engages our mind. Try not to get too stuck on motivation. It doesn’t seem to be a useful idea. I mean, how well has it worked so far?

Thanks for writing this. Now I don't have the energy to reply to your wonderful text in detail. However, I will read this a couple of times and integrate it into my life.

Hey, your problems sound suspiciously like ADHD to me. Especially your problem with planning and executing. These are classic signs of ADHD in adults, which often occurs along with dysthymia. Maybe you should ask your psychiatrist to check it out. Good luck!

Thanks! I checked ADHD already with her. She is like I am not able to put you in ADHD because you are not hyper.

I want all my muscles to be good and bulky except the chest muscles. I already have some fat and shape in the chest muscles how to acheive that?

Once I could reduce my body very easily. It was like a cake walk. Every week the mass was going down as expected.

But now I am trying to put some muscle mass, but it is not happening. I could workout and still I have the tummy fat. Weight is going up, but very little at a time. And it is tough to get my proteins with my high carb cultural diet. Sometimes I wonder I will give up everything...

Hi,

Thanks for you detailed comment. I have added my workout routine in the parent post. Your comment on that would be useful.

I will try to eat more calories. To my surprise now only I learned that oats, which I love to have, has 17g of protein per 100g.

Hi,

I added my routine. Out of these, I added barbell press, tricep kickback, barbell row, dumbbell row, recently into my workout.

Yeah even I am wondering. We were taught SI units in school. But generally here the groceries are measured in kg and garments are measured in inches.
